At Midwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, we practice full scope oral and maxillofacial surgeries. Our expertise ranges from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal, rhinoplasty, and even Botox injections. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, as well as performing a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures.

Meet the Doctors

Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, our doctors—Robert E. Braun, DDS, Robert L. Reifeis, DDS, and Yash K. Singh, DMD MD —manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions. We can perform a range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. In addition, we diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.

Robert E. Braun, DDS

Robert E. Braun, DDS

Surgeon, Oral Surgery

Dr. Braun obtained his undergraduate degree in biology from Niagara University. He then graduated from the Buffalo School of Dental Medicine at State University of New York, and completed his general practice residency at Rochester, New York’s General Hospital. For Dr. Braun’s oral and maxillofacial surgery residency, he attended State University of New York at Buffalo. In addition, Dr. Braun also completed a fellowship in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at Buffalo General Hospital.

Before joining Midwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Braun was a professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery at the State University of New York Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. During his career, Dr. Braun has published numerous articles in professional journals, and has been actively involved in research.

Robert L. Reifeis, DDS

Robert L. Reifeis, DDS

Surgeon, Oral Surgery

Dr. Reifeis graduated from Purdue University’s School of Pharmacy and Indiana University’s School of Dentistry. He completed his general practice residency at John Hopkins University. Dr. Reifeis also finished a one-year rotation in anesthesiology followed by his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. 

He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and numerous other professional associations.

Yash K. Singh, DMD, MD

Yash K. Singh, DMD, MD

Surgeon, Oral Surgery & Cosmetic Surgery

Dr. Yash K. Singh earned a BS in Dental Surgery from the University of Rajasthan in India, a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, a Doctorate of Medicine from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and finished with his Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship from American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in Ohio. Dr. Singh is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Medical Association. He has participated in many lectures, presentations, research and has earned awards for outstanding achievement. Dr. Singh is the only doctor at MOMS that specializes in Cosmetic Surgery and Injectable Fillers.
